DESCRIPTION

This early 1990’s vintage necklace was handcrafted by Navajo artist, this cornrow overlay necklace features a variety of gemstones. Each piece of Onyx, Gaspeite, Turquoise, Opal, and Coral, which in no longer being extracted from the ocean, is handfield before being intricately placed. Each of the five pendants features the 3D Cornrow overlay version of the Zuni inlaid, which is used throughout Navajo southwest jewelry.
